  • Click on the resources button (top left corner) and go to “brochures and marketing tools“. You will have access to unbranded brochures, catalog, flyers and social media content that you can use and send to your customers.

Ordering Process

  • Our ordering process is 5 easy steps:
  1. Add your products to cart and checkout
  2. At the order confirmation screen you will be able to upload your logo to our in-house professional design team & Get your shipping quote
  3. Receive and approve your free mock-up
  4. We will ship it out within 10-15 business days depending on products (rush option available)

Design and Printing

  • After checkout, you will be directed to the order confirmation screen. From that page you will be able to upload your logo and get in touch with our in-house professional designers. 
 
  • Absolutely! Submit your logo or design to our in-house professional design team and we will create a free mock-up for you.
  • For our pop-up tents we have a couple different printing options:

Full Printing – printing all 4 peaks and all 4 valances

Front Printing – printing 1 peak and the valance below it

Valances Printing – printing only the 4 valances but having solid colored peaks

  • Yes we do!  If you give us your Pantone Color (PMS), we will PMS match for free!
  • Dye sublimation printing yields permanent and beautiful colors onto fabric because it uses heat to permeate the surface of the fabric with the dye. Images on fabric won’t fade or crack. to know more about the different printing techniques download our E-Book here.
  • The 2 types of digital artwork we work with are raster art or vector art. Raster Art includes digital photos as well as designs made in PHOTOSHOP, and it’s made up of defined pixels (tiny dots of color). Because there’s a fixed number of pixels in the artwork, it cannot be enlarged without becoming pixilated blurry. Vector Art includes designs made in ILLUSTRATOR as well as some PDF documents, and it’s made up of lines and shapes defined by equations. It’s created mathematically, so it can be enlarged endlessly without any degradation. You can upload your file here

Vector: Adobe ILLUSTRATOR CS6 or earlier versions: .AI, .EPS, or print ready .PDF files.

Raster: Adobe PHOTOSHOP CS6 or earlier versions: .PSD, .TIFF, High res. .JPG or print ready .PDF files.

Production and Shipping

  • Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground.  However, expedited services are also available for an additional charge.  For larger orders, freight shipping may be required.  If you have an in-hands date for your order, let your project manager know so they can make sure to give you the best shipping option.
 
  • Once your art is approved, it takes between 10- 12 business days to produce. If you need your products faster, 5- or 8-day rush production options are available.
 
  • All our products ship from our location in Huntington Beach, California.
 
  • Of course, our warehouse and our showroom are open Monday to Friday, 8.00am until 5.00pm and you are more than welcome to visit us and pick up your orders.
 
  • Yes, when placing an order please specify and ask for rush service, 5- or 8-day rush production options are available.

Repair and Warranty

  • We offer a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on the hardware for all our items. This warranty covers any manufacturer defect but does not cover damage incurred by weather, shipping/transporting, or use.
